How does a Fiancee Visa work?

Fiancee Visa is the fastest and least complicated way to bring your loved one to the United States. Once issued, the fiancé(e) visa (or K-1 non-immigrant visa) allows your fiancé(e) to enter the United States for 90 days so that your marriage ceremony can take place.
Fiancee Visa requirements:
* You (the petitioner) are a U.S. citizen.
* You intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States.
* You and your fiancé(e) are both free to marry and any previous marriages must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.
* You met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition.
* You must meet in person before you can file the petition.
* You must have documented evidence of continued communication, such as emails, telephone bills.
* You must have 10-20 photos of you and your Fiancée together and of you and her family if possible.
* Your Fiancée's children under the age of 21 may accompany your Fiancée on an approved K-1 visa.
* The USCIS filing fee for the K-1 petition is currently $455.
